Raw banana kofta curry step by step
- Mash the banana,potato and mix well.
- Add salt,chilli powder garam masala powder and gram flour.
- Form balls and deep fry the koftas,keep aside.
- Now add oil and temper cumin seed,bay leaf and red chilli whole.
- Saute the Potatoes adding salt and turmeric powder.
- Add ginger paste saute till raw smell disappears.
- Add all the masalas and saute for a while.
- Add tomato puree and green chilli saute.
- Add water and simmer.
- As the potatoes get soft add the koftas and boil.
- Finally add sugar and garam masala powder.
- Serve it with plain rice.
