- Prepare 4 Tbsp of oil.

- Boil the akhrot and chop fine. Boil the potatoes and grate. Grate the raw banana, paneer..
- Grate the raw banana, paneer. Make individually powder in a blender of almonds, cashew nuts, akhrot / walnut.
- In a wok add 1 Tbsp oil and add ginger-garlic paste, chopped green chillies, boiled & cut walnuts, cashew nut powder, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, khoya. Mix very well and set aside.
- In another bowl mix grated raw banana, grated paneer, almond powder, salt, red chilli powder, crushed black pepper powder, boiled & grated potatoes, walnut powder and mix well..
- Mix both the items together.
- Make small balls and flatten and set aside.
- In a wok heat oil and pan sear for 1 mins on each side and set aside, do it in batches.
- Plate it and enjoy with dips of your choice or yoghurt.
