  1. It's 500 g of boneless, skinless Chicken breast, thinly sliced.
  2. It's 2 tsp of ground black pepper.
  3. It's 1 of brown onion, thinly sliced.
  4. Prepare 2 tbsp of Soy sauce.
  5. Prepare 1 tbsp of honey.
  6. It's 3 tbsp of white vinegar, divided.
  7. Prepare 2 tbsp of Olive oil.
  8. It's 1 tbsp of sliced ginger.
  9. You need 1/2 cup of spring onion,cut into 1-2 inch.
  10. You need 1 of red chilli, seeded and cut into strips.
  11. It's 1 tsp of minced garlic.

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk soy sauce, ground black pepper, half of the vinegar, and honey.Add the chicken and toss to coat. Place in the fridge to marinate for 1 hour.
  2. Heat oil in a wok on medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds, just until garlic is golden and fragrant, then add the onion and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add the marinated chicken with juices and cook for 3 minutes. Add chilli strips, ginger and the remaining vinegar, stir and cook until chicken is cooked through.Add spring onion, stir to combine and turn the heat off.
  4. Tadaa, all done..
