- For the sauce,firstly cuts your onion,scotch bonnet,red pepper then put it in a pot and add little water inside then boiled the vegetables when it done add little of veg oil and spices mix it,then take your egg and add it mix it well until the egg is fried then leave it for 3min,and serve it..
