  3. Prepare of sugar.

  1. Boil milk for 15 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, take some milk and add custard powder.
  3. Add it in the boiling milk.
  4. Add sugar.
  5. And stire it continuously.
  6. After 2 to 3 minutes, switch off the flame.
  7. Add vanilla essence and put it aside.
  8. In Another Pan, add sugar, caramelize this sugar on low flame.
  9. Pour it in another mould and let it dry or set.
  10. As prepared custard become cool add two eggs and mix it or blend it for a while.
  11. And pour it in (pan in which we set caramelized sugar) pan.
  12. Now put it for steaming.
  13. It will take 20 to 25 minutes,and then switch off the flame.
  14. Let it cool now keep it in fridge for chilling.
  15. And the yummy flan is ready served chilled.
