- Prepare of Milk.
- You need of custard powder.
- Prepare of sugar.
- It's of eggs.
- It's of vanilla essence.
- It's of sugar for caramelization.
Egg Flan instructions
- Boil milk for 15 minutes.
- In a bowl, take some milk and add custard powder.
- Add it in the boiling milk.
- Add sugar.
- And stire it continuously.
- After 2 to 3 minutes, switch off the flame.
- Add vanilla essence and put it aside.
- In Another Pan, add sugar, caramelize this sugar on low flame.
- Pour it in another mould and let it dry or set.
- As prepared custard become cool add two eggs and mix it or blend it for a while.
- And pour it in (pan in which we set caramelized sugar) pan.
- Now put it for steaming.
- It will take 20 to 25 minutes,and then switch off the flame.
- Let it cool now keep it in fridge for chilling.
- And the yummy flan is ready served chilled.
- Decorate it with your own way with cherries and sugar crystals.
