- Take a non-stick pan and heat clarified butter,add chickpeas paste and stir continuously on low flame until the paste becomes golden brown..
- Now add milk,milk powder and sugar and mix it nicely and stir it until it looks like a dough..
- Add crushed cardamom-dryfruits and mix it well,switch off the gas flame..
- When mixture become little bit cool,then divide the mixture in two parts,in one part add red food colour and mix it nicely and leave the rest part as it is..
- Now take the tray and firstly spread the red one part evenly and then spread the normal part over it,garnish with grated coconut and roasted peanuts and leave it for 1 hour to set the mixture..
- Now cut the pieces according to your choice and Barfi is ready to serve..
