  8. To check whether chasni(syrup) is ready or not. Take some water in a bowl. Drop the few drops of chasni(syrup) in the water if it gets hard it means the syrup(chasni) is ready..
  9. Now add roasted and split peanuts in the syrup. Mix it well..
  10. Grease back side of thali or tray with some ghee/oil..
  11. Now spread hot mixture on the thali. Spread it evenly. With the help of a rolling pin or flat spoon make it flat surface of the mixture..
  12. Cut into strips when the mixture is a little hot. Don't allow cool completely..
  13. Let it cool for 5 to 10 mins. Take out chikki with help of knife. Our crunchy and delicious peanuts chikki are ready to serve..
