- Wash and soak chanadal in water for 30 minutes.In a pressure cooker take milk add chana dal and pressure cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.Take out from pressure cooker and mash till smooth..
- Heat ghee in a heavy bottomed kadahi.Add cardemom and cloves,reduce flame.Add chana dal and stir well.Cook on low flame and frequently stir to avoid burning of chanadal..
- Cook for 10 minutes or till ghee separates.Add khoya,and pinenut paste.Stir.cook for 2-3 minutes..
