- Grease plate and set aside..

- Lightly crush the peanuts..
- In a heavy bottom nonstick pan, over medium high heat melt the sugar keep stirring the sugar continuously till sugar start melting and changing the colour to light brown..
- Add cardamom powder and mix well..
- Turn off the heat as soon it comes to golden brown in colour..
- Note: when sugar starts melting it changes the colour very quickly and it can easily burn..
- Add peanuts stir quickly..
- Pour over the greased plate and spread evenly..
- When hot cut them into square..
- Store them in air tight container..
