- Prepare 3/4 Cup of Oil.
- You need 4-5 of Onion sliced.
- It's 1 kg of Mutton(partially boiled).
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste.
- Prepare 4-5 of Tomatoes diced.
- Prepare 3 of Potatoes diced.
- It's 1 Cup of Water.
- It's 1 tsp of Red chili powder.
- You need 1 tsp of Coriander powder.

- It's 1/4 tsp of Nutmeg powder.
- You need 1/2 packet of Shaan Sindhi Biryani Masala.
- It's to taste of Salt.

- Prepare 4-5 of Green cardamom.
- Prepare 4-5 of Cloves.
- Prepare 2 of Bay leaves.
- It's 1/2 Cup of Yoghurt.
- Prepare 1/2 bunch of mint leaves.
- You need 6-8 of green chillies.
- You need 1 kg of Rice Basmati (soaked 30 minutes and boiled with salt & whole spices).
- You need 2 tbsp of Kewra water.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of Yellow food color.
Mutton Biryani instructions
- In a pot,add oil and onion,fry until golden brown.Add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste,spices and pre boiled meat,cook for 5mins and add water..
- Cover and cook on low flame for sometime.Add potatoes and cook until meat and potatoes are fully done..
- Add yoghurt and cook, add kewra,podina leaves and green chillies.
- In a separate pot put water with whole spices to boil rice..
- Now once the rice are boiled aik kanni,star in and put the rice layer over the already prepared masala and keep for dum,sprinkle food colour..
- In 15-20 mins they will be ready,serve with raita and enjoy.
