  2. You need 4 tbsp of oil.

  12. It's 1/2 cup of cottage cheese (paneer).
  13. It's 1/4 of chopped capsicum (optional).
  14. It's 1 of small chopped potato.
  15. It's 2 of chopped green chillies.
  16. It's 2 of crushed garlic cloves.
  17. It's 1 of onion cut into slices.
  18. You need 1 of grinded tomato.
  19. You need Pinch of orange colour.

Veg Biryani instructions

  1. In a pan, add oil, onion.
  2. When onion becomes pink, add garlic and green chillies, bayleaf mix well.
  3. Add tomato, veggies (carrots,potatoes,beans,matar).
  4. Add salt, turmeric, Biryani masala, red chilli powder, colour mix well.
  5. Add little water. Cover the pan with lid and let it cook for 5-7 mins.
  6. Add soaked rice and remaining water in it.
  7. Let it cook.
  8. When it's almost ready, add pieces of paneer to it and mix gently..
  9. Serve hot..
