Daigi Biryani step by step
- Heat oil in a pan than add chicken, ginger garlic paste,whole garam masala,salt,turmeric,red chillie,coriander,ch powder,cumin powder,and water add all and mix well and cook on high flame till chicken’s colour were change still water left..
- For rice boil in salted water till half done.
- On chicken gravy spread yellow colour,slice tomatoes,chopped mint,green chillies,brown onion,aalo bukhara,garam masala powder,kewra water and then add half done rice(half quantity)rest of rice cook until done..
- Cook on high flame when rest of rice done like aik kunni reh jaey tu spread on top and cover the pan and cook on high flame for 5-6 min and than put on dum..
