Ingredients of Soyabean Biryani

  1. Prepare 2 Cups of Rice (Basmati or any other), wash and soak for half an hour.
  2. You need 2 small Cups of Soyabeans (small and big soya chunks).
  3. It's 2 medium sized of Onions.
  4. It's 2 small of tomatoes (puree).
  5. It's 2 tsp of Ginger garlic paste.
  6. It's 2 of green chillies.
  7. You need 1 tsp of garam masala powder.
  8. It's As required of All Spices including Salt.
  9. You need as needed of Oil.

Soyabean Biryani step by step

  1. Firstly boil the Soyabeans Chunks for few minutes with some salt and put it in a bowl, squeeze the water from it and keep aside.In a Big kadhai put Oil (2/3tbsp), when heating put whole garam masala, chopped onions,fry till it turns golden brown add ginger garlic paste and chopped green chillies..
  2. Now add squeezed, Soya Chunks and fry it for few minutes then add tomato puree and all Spices, now put soaked Rice and stir it,put Salt as needed, water as needed and cover the kadhai for at least 10-15 minutes till it's done..
  3. Now put little garam masala powder and kesuri methi and granish with corrriander leaves and serve with chanadal Sabzi and Gobhi aloo Sabzi and Curd, yummy in taste..
