  1. Wash the Buffalo Spinach properly & chop them finely..
  2. Take a pan in the gas, add the chopped Buffalo spinach, 1 chopped onion, 2 chopped garlic pods, salt to taste, a bit of required amount of water & let the Buffalo spinach boil..
  3. When the water is evaporated, take this mixture off from the gas..
  4. Take another pan in the gas, add oil, the rest of onions, garlic, green chillies, red chillies & stir. Now add the chopped prawns, salt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, stir & fry the prawns well..
