- Boil the meat and let it brown.
- Pour in oil.
- Add in the crushed garlic.Stir until it's golden brown.
- Add the onions until golden brown.
- Add tomatoes, capsicum, corriander,tumeric powder, black pepper & salt.
- Stir well and put aside.
- In a pan, saute the onions and add the shredded kales.I like them crunchy.Add some little salt to taste.
- Put water in a pan & bring it to boil.Add flour and stir in it's stiff..
