- Using a deeper sauce pan boil 3cups of water.

- Use another pan add cooking oil fry the onion till turns pinks.
- Add the omena stir to mix well with oil and onions and cook for 2-5min.
- Then add the other ingredients except corriander an spices.
- Cook for some minutes lastly add corriader put off heat cover the sauce pan for abt 3mintues so as the corriader to steam.
- Ready to serve.
- Cut kale into small cuts.
- Fry the onion then add kales.
- Cook for 5 min,.
- Read to eat.
