- Boil some water and then cook a piece of ugali.
- Make some tomato puree (optional).
- Add some oil in a cooking pan.
- Add onions and let them cook until they turn brown.
- Add some sliced tomatoes to the mixture and let them cook for approximately 2 minutes.
- Add the beef and stir continously for 1 minute.
- Let it cook for some time and then add the tomato puree.
- Leave it until it starts boiling.
- Add a little amount of beer to the meat and let it boil.
- Simmer for 3 minutes after the beef has already cooked.
- Add a little salt and stir.
- Then enjoy your meal.
