Ingredients of Mutton Biryani

  1. You need 1 kg of rice.
  2. It's 1 of & half kg Mutton meat.
  3. You need 1 cup of oil.
  4. It's 1 cup of yoghurt.
  5. You need 4 of big tomatoes.
  6. You need 4 of big onion.
  7. It's 6 of green chillies.
  8. You need leaves of Coriander.
  9. Prepare leaves of Few mint.
  10. It's 1 Tsp of whole garam masala.
  11. Prepare 2 of bay leaves.
  12. Prepare 1 pack of Biryani masala.
  13. It's 2 Tsp of ginger garlic paste.
  14. You need 1 tsp of yellow food colour.

Mutton Biryani instructions

  1. Soak rice in water for 45 min.
  2. Cut onion& tomatoes into rings..
  3. In pan add oil, ginger garlic paste, & all whole garam masala spices saute it till aroma comes..
  4. Add onion & fry it till golden add Mutton pieces & fry for 5 min..
  5. Add tomatoes & biryani masala in it & add yougart & bhoonify it till oil separates add 2 cups water & cover the lid & cook till meat tender..
  6. In big pan fill half with water & when it boils add soaked rice in it add 4 Tsp salt & bay leaves & cook till 1 kaani rice it means you have to cook rice ehen you mashed with finger you have 1 grain in it...
  7. Then drain rice in big strainer...
  8. In big pan add half of rice then add prepared Mutton gravy over it then again cover it with rice sprinkle yellow food colour add green chillies, coriander leaves & mint leaves & out biryani on dum for 15 min on slow flame...
  9. Serve hot with raita.. enjoy.
