Ingredients of Mutton Biryani
- You need 1 kg of rice.
- It's 1 of & half kg Mutton meat.
- You need 1 cup of oil.
- It's 1 cup of yoghurt.
- You need 4 of big tomatoes.
- You need 4 of big onion.
- It's 6 of green chillies.
- You need leaves of Coriander.
- Prepare leaves of Few mint.
- It's 1 Tsp of whole garam masala.
- Prepare 2 of bay leaves.
- Prepare 1 pack of Biryani masala.
- It's 2 Tsp of ginger garlic paste.
- You need 1 tsp of yellow food colour.
Mutton Biryani instructions
- Soak rice in water for 45 min.
- Cut onion& tomatoes into rings..
- In pan add oil, ginger garlic paste, & all whole garam masala spices saute it till aroma comes..
- Add onion & fry it till golden add Mutton pieces & fry for 5 min..
- Add tomatoes & biryani masala in it & add yougart & bhoonify it till oil separates add 2 cups water & cover the lid & cook till meat tender..
- In big pan fill half with water & when it boils add soaked rice in it add 4 Tsp salt & bay leaves & cook till 1 kaani rice it means you have to cook rice ehen you mashed with finger you have 1 grain in it...
- Then drain rice in big strainer...
- In big pan add half of rice then add prepared Mutton gravy over it then again cover it with rice sprinkle yellow food colour add green chillies, coriander leaves & mint leaves & out biryani on dum for 15 min on slow flame...
- Serve hot with raita.. enjoy.
