  1. You need 2 Cups of soaked basmati rice.
  2. It's 2 pinches of Food colour orange and green just from each.
  3. It's as per taste of Salt.
  4. Prepare 1 of tomato chopped.
  5. Prepare 2 Tablespoons of curd.
  6. You need leaves of Few Mint.
  7. You need 3 of onions (deep fried).
  8. You need 1 Teaspoon of Turmeric powder.
  9. Prepare 1 Teaspoon of red chilli powder.
  10. It's 2 Tablespoons of refined Oil.
  11. Prepare 4 Tablespoons of ghee.
  12. It's 2 drops of lemon juice.
  13. You need 1 Teaspoon of kewra essence.
  14. It's of Dry Masala:.
  15. Prepare 2 of Bay leaves.
  16. You need 1 of Chakri flower.
  17. You need 9-10 pieces of Black peper (whole).
  18. It's 1 Teaspoon of whole Zeera.
  19. You need 2 pieces of whole Chinnamon stick.
  20. You need 3-4 of dry red chilli.

Tri colour spicy Chicken Biryani instructions

  1. Marinade the chicken by adding some turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste 2 teaspoon, red chilli powder,1 chopped, 2 Tablespoons of curd, little salt and mix it and keep it aside for 30 mins..
  2. Note: use half dry masala (khada masala) for rice and half dry masala for making chicken..
  3. Now switch on the gas and place a pan there and pour 2 Tablespoons of oil, 2 Tablespoons of ghee, all khada masala and add now marinated chicken to it and fry with the masala for 5 mins in medium and slow flame. Then add little bit of water to it and cover the lid and cook it until the chicken is cooked..
  4. In the mean time while Chicken is in process of cooking place a pot add 1 Tablespoon of ghee add all khada masala(dry madala) add enough water when the water gets boil then add all soaked rice. Drop little bit of lemon juice so the the rice will be separated. Cook up to 80 percent, don't try to over cook it and also Cook it on high flame. When it is done drain all excess water just strain all water and keep it open under a fan for 20 mins..
  5. Now take two bowls just mix orange colour with rice(dry) and with other rice green colour..
  6. Take a pot add 2 Tablespoons of ghee and spread it well. Now add 1 layer chicken to it's top add 1 layer orange colour, again another layer white rice, to it's top add 1 layer chicken, then again 1 layed green colour rice. Now just pour 1 Teaspoon of kewra essence to it and cook it on medium flame for 5 mins then in low flame for 10 mins and Cover the lid..
  7. Then garnish it with fryied onions and mint leaves..
