- Prepare 500 g of chicken with bones.
- Prepare 2 glass of water.
- You need 1 pack of shan biryani masala.
- You need 2 of medium onions fried.
- Prepare 2 of tomatoes sliced thinly.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of coriander leaves.
- It's 1/2 cup of mint leaves.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
- You need 2 of soaked and strained aloo bukharay.
- Prepare of Zarday ka rang.
- It's 2 of boiled potatoes cubed.
- It's 2 of large cups rice.
- It's 3 litre of water.
- You need 2 tbsp of salt.
- You need 1 tbsp of cumin seeds.
- It's 1/2 cup of oil.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of oil.
Al Rehman Biryani step by step
- In a pot add 1/4 cup oil and fry ginger garlic paste in it for a minute..
- Add chicken to it and then add shan biryani masala and 2 glasses of water to it..
- Cook until water remains 1/2 glass and chicken is tendered.
- Fry onions until golden brown and then set aside with thinly sliced tomatoes, hara dhaniya, podina and aloo bukharay.
- Crush onion and tomatoes mixture with hands until mushy.
- Separately boil rice in salt and cumin seeds water until 3/4th done.
