  1. You need of beef stock bouillon (Harvest Vietnamese Pho brand).
  2. You need of sliced onion (two thin slices).
  3. Prepare of scallion stems, chopped.
  4. You need of thin beef strips (extra thin).
  5. You need of Fresh cilantro.
  6. Prepare of lime, halved.
  7. Prepare of pkg rice noodles.
  8. You need of Fresh basil.
  9. It's of water.
  10. You need of bean sprouts.

Sultan's Fast Pho step by step

  1. Bring water to boil.
  2. Add beef stock & onion. Allowing onion to soften (1-2) min (we like a kick of flavor. You can use less bouillon stock to taste).
  3. Add noodles, lime juice, cooking according to pkg (usually less than 5 min).
  4. Typically, you would add meat raw and let broth cook in serving dish. Our Halal butcher cuts strips slightly thicker, so we sear the meat in a small pan for 2min each side (optional pinch of cumin/cloves). Once cooked add to broth.
  5. Place in serving dish, topping with chopped cilantro, chopped scallions, basil, bean sprouts, and lime.
