Ingredients of Vegetables biryani

  1. You need 2 cups of rice.
  2. Prepare 1 tbsp of oil.
  3. You need 1 tbsp of ghee.
  4. You need 3 of bay leaves.
  5. It's 1 of sliced onions.
  6. It's 2-3 of Green Chillies (Slited).
  7. You need 2 of tomatoes chopped.
  8. It's 3 tsp of Biryani masala powder.
  9. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  10. It's 1 of Carrot chopped.
  11. You need 1/2 cup of Cauliflower florets.
  12. Prepare 1/2 cup of Green peas.
  13. You need 1 tsp of Sugar.
  14. You need as needed of Water.

  17. It's 2 tsp of Garlic.

Vegetables biryani step by step

  1. Wash and soaked the rice for 20 or 30 mins..
  2. Take dhaniya ginger and garlic paste for grinding to smooth paste..
  3. Heat 1 tblsp oil and 1tblsp+ 1 tblsp or 2 tblsp ghee in a pressure cooker.
  4. Now add bay leaf and fry 30 sec or 1/2 hr.
  5. Add sliced onions fry till onion is brown colour.
  6. Add chillies and dhaniya garlic ginger paste which we are grind in mixer this paste we put in onion fry..
  7. Saute for 2 or 3mins and smell will go outside..
  8. Add tomatoes cook for 2 mins or 3 mins..
  9. Now add biryani masala with salt and mix it..
  10. Add all veggies and toss well in masala..
  11. Now add rice which we washed and soaked and drained it..
  12. Mix well. Pour the water in rice and add sugar for taste..
  13. Taste and adjust for seasoning.
  14. Boil it in simmer and pressure cook in 4 to 5 whistles..
  15. Turn off the heat and cold it when it cold then open the pressure cooker lid..
  16. And serve it..
