Ingredients of Pork Sinigang

  2. It's of garlic crushed.
  3. You need of medium onion sliced.
  4. Prepare of small ripe tomatoes.
  5. It's of medium egg plant cut in half.

  7. It's of large Daikon radish sliced.
  8. You need of small taro leaves.
  9. Prepare of water.

  1. Take a large pot add water and boil the pork removing fatty contents along the way. Let it boil until meat is nice and tender.
  2. Cut up onions and garlic and the rest of the vegetable while the meat is boiling.
  3. When the meat is ready add onions, garlic and tomatoes and let it simmer for 5 minutes then add your Mama Sita's Sampalok Seasoning.
  4. Add the Daikon first and simmer for 2 minutes then the eggplant, bok choi and taro leaves in that exact order and simmer for 5 minutes.
