- You need of Leftover roasted pork, chopped into small pieces.
- You need of butter.
- You need of liver spread.
- It's of garlic powder.
- It's of onion, chopped into small cubes.
- You need of knorr liquid seasoning.

- You need of lime.
- Prepare of light mayonnaise.
- You need of hot sauce.
- You need of crushed dried chilli.

Lechon Sisig step by step
- Melt butter in a pan.
- Add onion, cook until transparent.
- Add lechon and stir.
- Add liver spread and mix until well combined.
- Add garlic powder, liquid seasoning, crushed dried chilis, salt and pepper, cook for 5 minutes in medium heat.
- Stir in mayonnaise and cook for 2 minutes and turn off heat..
- Sprinkle green and red chilis and spring onions on top, squeeze lime and add hot sauce if desired..
