- Prepare of Badia Complete Seasoning.
- You need of Adobo Seasoning.
- You need of Don Sazon pork chop seasoning.
- You need of onion powder.
- Prepare of garlic cloves lightly crushed.
- Prepare of sterilized one quart canning jars with bands and lids.
- It's of Red food coloring (Optional).

- Wash and rinse trotters.
- Place trotters in large pot and cover with water and add seasonings. And 8 of the garlic cloves..
