- You need of spicy chorizo.
- It's of an onion, chopped.
- You need of black beans, undrained.
- It's of pinto beans, undrained.
- Prepare of tomato juice or V8.
- Prepare of diced tomatoes.
- It's of spaghetti.
- It's of shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
- Prepare of chili seasoning.
Chili Mac step by step
- Brown chorizo in a skillet, add onion. Cook 5 min.
- Add beans, tomatoes, chili seasoning and tomato juice. Simmer on low.
- Boil water and cook noodles per package directions.
- Drain noodles, top with chili and shredded cheese. I added a bit of fresh onion on top too..
