  2. Prepare of Brine.
  3. It's 4 cup of water.
  4. You need 2 tbsp of lemon juice.
  5. You need 1 tbsp of chive, chopped.
  6. It's 1 tbsp of celery, chopped.
  7. It's 1 of medium pimento pepper, chopped.
  8. You need 1 of small onion, thinly sliced.
  9. Prepare 1/2 tbsp of salt or to taste.
  10. It's 1/2 tsp of black pepper or to taste.
  11. You need 1/2 cup of cucumber, sliced.
  12. You need 1/2 tsp of thyme.
  13. You need 1/2 tsp of ginger, minced(optional).

  15. Prepare 1 of hot pepper/pepper sauce to your level of spiciness.
