- For pattice Mashed the boiled raw banana..
- Add all pattice ingredients & mix well..
- Make round shape patty..
- Shallow fry both the sides till golden brown..
- For ragda. Add soda in white peas & pressure cook till 3_4 whistles..
- For tadka _Add oil in pan..
- Add cumin seeds & turmeric powder..
- Add white boiled peas in tadka..
- Boil till desire consistancy..
- In serving plate put pattice..
- Now pour ragda over pattice..
- Add tamarind,jaggery,dates (sweet) chutney..
- Now drizzle Coriander,mint & ginger chilli (green) chutney..
- Garnish with tomato,nylon sev,coriander.
