  2. Add all pattice ingredients & mix well..
  3. Make round shape patty..
  4. Shallow fry both the sides till golden brown..
  5. For ragda. Add soda in white peas & pressure cook till 3_4 whistles..
  6. For tadka _Add oil in pan..
  7. Add cumin seeds & turmeric powder..
  8. Add white boiled peas in tadka..
  9. Boil till desire consistancy..
  10. In serving plate put pattice..
  11. Now pour ragda over pattice..
  12. Add tamarind,jaggery,dates (sweet) chutney..
  13. Now drizzle Coriander,mint & ginger chilli (green) chutney..
  14. Garnish with tomato,nylon sev,coriander.
