- It's 2 of raw bananas.
- You need 2 of boiled potatoes.
- You need 2 tbsp of cornstarch.
- It's 2 tbsp of finely chopped corridor leaves.
- It's 1 tbsp of grated ginger.
- It's 1 tbsp of finely chopped green chilles.
- Prepare 1 tsp of black pepper powder (optional).
- You need of As Required Oil for frying.

- Take raw bananas in pressure cooker and pour 1/4 cup water over it..
- Place it on flame,close the lid and cook the bananas till a whistle is released..
- After that,turn off the flame and release the pressure of the cooker and let the remaining pressure settle on it's own..
- Take off the lid,transfer the bananas in a bowl and allow them to cool down slightly..
- Meantime peel the bananas and grate /mash them in a bowl..
- Peel the bananas,mash them with the back of the spoon and add this to boiled potatoes..
- Now to this add cornflour,ginger, coriander leaves,green chilles, black pepper powder and salt.
