- For cutlet gravy:In a mixing bowl add grated banana, chopped Coriander leaves, mashed boiled potatoes, salt, red chilli powder, chopped green chilli, besan, mix well make tikki out of them, fry golden from both sides, in a tawa.
- Now we prepare gravy, to prepare gravy.In a pan add 2 spoons oil add cumin seeds, chopped onions and fry, till golden, add masala paste, all dry masala, and fry, add tomatoe puree and fry, after 2 mins, add 4 spoons of Palak paste and fry till masala leaves oil, now add water.
- When it starts boiling Sim the gas,cover the lid, for 3 mins now add the prepared tikki, and chopped Coriander leaves, again cover the lid for 2 minutes, switch off the gas, our tikki gravy is ready.
