Raw banana kofta curry instructions
- Mash the Potato and banana well.
- Mix gram flour,1/2 tsp ginger paste 1 pinch garam masala powder,1/4 tsp red chilli Powder,salt and sugar into it.
- Mix well and form balls.
- Heat oil and deep fry the balls and keep aside.
- Now fry the Potatoes and keep aside.
- Add oil temper cumin seed bay leaf and red chilli.
- Add all the masalas and ginger paste and saute well.
- Add tomato puree and saute well till oil separates.
- Add Potatoes and combine well.
- Now add water and simmer till the Potatoes get soft.
- Now add sugar and the koftas.
- Boil well and add garam masala powder.
- Serve it with rice.
